Timothy L. Norton attended Tulane University in New Orleans, La, where he majored in Soviet History, and graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his undergraduate study at Tulane, he also attended the University of St. Andrews, St. Andrews, Scotland, UK, and the Center for Meso-American Studies, Antigua, Guatemala. He returned to New Orleans in 1981 to attend the Tulane University School of Law. He graduated in 1984, and moved to California in 1986 where he has lived and practiced law since.
Mr. Norton is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California, including the United States District Court.
